Jo's expertise is in shifting boundaries to accelerate results . Throughout her career both in the UK and Australia, Jo has been passionate about redefining the industries in which she has served – with an unrelenting conviction that to win you have to lead the way. This passion and belief are the drivers upon which  was created.  Today she provides objective knowhow, an alternative view and additional business prowess to leaders who have the courage, daring and conviction to lead the way with their organsiations. Jo has a simple though not always easily executed philosophy which is – to win you have to consistently focus on doing the right things and do those things right, therefore effectively and efficiently managing your organisations assets to: Develop strategies that deliver sustainable outcomes for all stakeholders Develop products and service solutions which enrich your customers' lives Optimise the contribution made by the greatest asset of your business - your people Enhance ethical behaviours and contribute to improving the quality of life of employees, their families, the local community and society at large

Jo was the Publishing Director of South London Press Group, a division of the largest UK publisher. Her most recent role, Chief Operating Officer of the Sensis owned Trading Post Group, followed her tenure as General Manager, Adcorp Australia (Victoria). Jo served on the board of Crisis Support Services, a Professional Telephone Counseling Organisation

Jo is an active participant in the business community, she is currently on the committee of the Melbourne Business Network. She has had the honour of hosting awards, conferences and events and was most recently privileged to be a National Judge for the International Customer Service Professsionals awards.

Jo created the i Factor™, a systematic approach that brings to the fore an organisations innate capacity to achieve accelerated results. A subject that she shares through her Keynote Topics and Business Programmes.
